1. Mango Almond Dessert

As the season of mangoes is here, there isn’t just one way to devour this tasty fruit. Some might have it in the pulp form while others like to savour it by biting on the juicy chunks. Both the ways are equally delicious. Recently, the Vartul cast clinked their glasses while devouring delicious mango juice. Be prepared to be welcomed by a muscular combination of condensed milk and mango pulp in your glass. This, mixed with pomegranate and almond will make the perfect milkshake that you need to keep the growing heat at bay.

2. Mango Souffle

This flavourful recipe requires whipped cream, mango pulp, gelatin and eggs. You have to cook two eggs for a couple of minutes after grating them. If you don’t like the smell of eggs, add vanilla essence and for a nice consistency add gelatin. Mix whipped cream and mango pulp together in another bowl. Followed by, blending together the eggs mixture and mango mixture.

3. Mango Lassi

Are you looking for a recipe even a child could make? Here you go. Put the mango pulp, curd along with sugar in the grinder. To thin its consistency add some sugar to it. Your lassi is ready to roll!

4. Mango Patolya

Usually made during Naag Panchami, you need to heat up grated jaggery and tender coconut in ghee and add mango pulp to it. This is followed by added rice flour and cinnamon powder. After cooling, roll it will the rolling pin.

5. Mango Cheese Roll

Make a flat circle out of the mango pieces. For the filling, make a mixture of paneer, grated cheese, castor sugar, cinnamon powder and dry fruits. Add this mixture as a filling in flattened mango pieces and roll it.
