After watching Faster Fene on Zee5, one can’t help but get a sense of déjà vu. In the movie, you see this young detective, Banesh Fene, observe the clever aspects of a crime scene a layman would usually ignore. He doesn’t have to use any trick or a special device like most of the heroes need to solve a problem. This similarity reminds us of Sherlock Holmes.

If you are done with watching reruns of Sherlock Homes, then, get on to watching Faster Fene below

Much like Holmes, Banesh Fene  has a fast ability to track down evil men, save the victims and bring the killers to justice. His only superpower is his observation skill.  The film Faster Fene was inspired by BR Bhagwat’s books, just like Sherlock Holmes who has individual adventures authored by Sir Arthur Conon Doyle. Giving a nod to this peculiarity, Amey Wagh said in an interview with a news organisation, “After the teaser released, people have been comparing FaFe with Sherlock and Marvel films. Many people say that I fit the character of Fene perfectly.”

Sherlock might be a worldwide icon, but our Faster Fene has his own quirks which we have totally enjoyed watching! For starters, Banesh Fene is a nature lover and an extrovert. With that being said, which detective do you prefer- Banesh Fene or his western counterpart, Sherlock Holmes? Do tell us in the comments below.
