Raise your hand if you think Khushboo Tawde from Aamhi Doghi can pull off traditional attires? In the role of Meera, the actress is seen wearing interesting saree designs while giving us ample of style inspiration. This time, in real life too, Khushboo made sarees her wardrobe staple, making us go green with envy.
Before you proceed, watch her Aamhi Doghi below:
In Aamhi Doghi, Khushboo may have across an ocean full of hurdles caused by her own sibling. But, off the screen, she doesn’t let anyone steal her shine. The actress posted pictures wearing Korial saree and Bengali jewellery for a photo shoot.
The white and red combination is one of the famous and most-seen variants in a Bengali saree. This saree goes by different names depending upon the state. Usually, married women wear a Korial saree during the Durga Puja celebration. To go with the attire, women put a red tikka and their hair is loosely tied in a bun. The bangles, Khushboo is wearing, are the traditional Shakha Pola bangles which are worn after marriage to ward off the evil.
Khushboo’s fans were quick to take notice of her new look and shower her with compliments on social media. We are sure that Khusboo’s husband Sagram Samel from Sur Rahu De would be just as impressed as us.
