In Saajana, Rama is reforming the women of her village by making them financially independent. She is being supported by Paratp and his family for this noble work. While helping the women, Rama also came through her exams with flying colours. Pratap’s father, Raosaheb, took this opportunity to felicitate Rama and celebrate her scores in front of everyone. In this felicitation ceremony, Raosaheb announced to the guests how well they treat the ‘servants’ in their house. From there on situation got really awkward and Rama was ashamed at her own success party. Do you think Raosaheb did the right thing?

By now, we are all well aware of Raosaheb’s nature. Being a politician, he is unapologetically blunt and has a way with words. When he is in the public, he chooses his words carefully and never fails to display his humanitarian side. This time, too, Raosaheb took the opportunity of Rama’s felicitation ceremony to show to the world his kind side. In his speech, he stressed how much he and his family value women empowerment and help their servants. Rama’s smile quickly faded after hearing Raosaheb call her a servant with that superiority complex. Even Aaisaheb and Partap felt embarrassed by Raosaheb‘s behaviour but they were helpless in public.
Raosaheb is still yet to know that Rama, whom he calls his ‘servant’, is in a relationship with his son. We wonder how Raosaheb is going to accept this long-kept secret. After reading this, we would love to know your thoughts on this situation. Tell us in the comments below.
